Celebrating 38 Years of Dance Excellence
Jeremy "Unique" Davis
“I started dancing at the age of six years old. My mom said she sent me to Creative Expressions Dance Studio because I had two left feet. While training under Mrs. Sheila Miller-Graham those two left feet were quickly corrected. By the age of 20, I got my big break in the film and music industry as a professional dancer/choreographer under the alias "Unique" because people would say my moves were just that. Since then I have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Some of those credits include; Avant, Mary J Blige, P Diddy, Ginuwine, Step Up 2 & 3 , Missy Elliot, and Teddy Riley to name a few. I was so influenced and touched by what I learned at CEDS that I opened a studio in Atlanta GA and named it UEDS (Unique Expressions Dance Studio) to pay homage in the highest respect!

“Creative Expressions was more than just a dance studio to me, it was my second home. As of result of training at Creative Expressions, I was able to cultivate my talent and grow into the dancer I am today. My love for dance grew into my passion for movement, because of the family like environment. I was fully supported, guided, and given the knowledge and wisdom to pursue dance in the real world; working with artists such as Omarion, Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, and Ginuwine. Additional credits include major feature films, “Stomp the Yard”, “You Got Served”, “Idlewild” "Dance Flick" and "Gangster Squad”. These films also opened doors for guest appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tyra Banks Show, The American Music Awards, Vibe Awards, Soul Train Awards, The Daytime Emmy’s, Latin Grammy’s, Dick Clark’s New Years Rocking Eve, the BET Awards, and The Voice to name a few. It’s nothing like having amazing teachers who truly care about you and are dedicated to making sure you become the best dancer possible. Honestly, there aren’t many words that can best describe what Creative Expressions means to me but I'll say this, without creative expressions there would be no Chopper ”

"How could I know growing up that taking dance classes at Creative Expressions would be a precursor to building a career as a performing artist! Through dancing at Creative Expressions I gained knowledge, discipline, values, and a strong work ethic. These things have helped me tremendously now as a professional performing artist, Nationally Credentialed Teaching Artist, SOLE Defined Co-Founder, and Children's Author. I reflect on my time there and am blessed to not only have learned to dance but gained a family."
