WORKSHOPS / FITNESS CLASSES:

• Workout Gear of your choice. CEDS GEAR recommended but not required

​​​​​​​All Students should check to see if they have all the accessories that might be needed before entering class: extra bobby pins, elastic bans for hair, shoes, notebook, and pencil when requested. If you perspire heavily, a towel is a good classroom accessory. No jewelry. For those who wear glasses, a strap to hold the glasses securely in place is recommended.

All dancers must comply with the dress code as street clothing is not permitted. Students will not be allowed to participate in class without proper dance attire, but may watch. Students who continue to show up without proper attire will be asked to leave. Exceptions are allowed for emergencies. Emergencies will be handled individually and at the discretion of the instructor.
